These terms are a starting point and will be finalized before the site's official launch.
By booking a motorcycle with XOPA Moto Rental, you agree to use it responsibly, follow Panama's traffic laws, and return it in the condition you received it, allowing for normal wear.
The rider must be 21 or older, present a valid motorcycle license and a valid ID.
A refundable security deposit is required, authorized as a hold on your card (not a charge). It's released in full at the end of the rental if the bike is returned undamaged.
Cancellation and refund conditions are confirmed at the time of booking online.
